To show our appreciation for your patronage, if your total order before tax and shipping is over $100, we will cover the tab to ship your order! This offer is only valid to orders being shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only. You may choose to pay for an upgrade in shipping.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy
You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days for a full refund. Simply bring your purchased item(s) to us with all of its original undamaged, contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange. Most products you purchase on NeoSound.com can be returned at our stores.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Certain products are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased: Earmolds, In-the-Ear Hearing protection, Supplements, Custom Musician’s Monitors, Ear Cleaning Products.
Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, color, size, style, fit) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.
Opened computer software can not be returned or exchanged.
Returns by Mail
You can return online purchases through the mail as long as they are shipped to us from within the United States.
To return an online purchase by mail:
- Call our Customer Service Team at (844) NeoSound or (844) 636-7656 to verify that the product is eligible for return.
- Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
- Include the packing slip and return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Include all original packaging and accessories

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS. NeoSound does not accept international return and exchange shipments.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. If you paid more than $200 in cash, we will refund you by check within 2-3 weeks from the day we receive the returned product.
